Vector, a House of Groznov product, publishes OSINT-based situation assessments. Basic access is free; full assessments require a paid tier described on the Access page. By using the site you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Billing is in US dollars via the payment provider Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions renew automatically; you may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refund requests are handled under applicable consumer law: write to contact@oracle-vector.com.
Do not mass-republish or resell paid materials, circumvent access restrictions, or scrape content beyond provided interfaces. Violations are grounds for termination without compensation.
Reports belong to the service. Personal non-commercial use and quotation with attribution are permitted; media may quote public materials with attribution and an active link.
Assessments are analytic judgments based on open sources, provided "as is". They reflect the situation at publication, may become outdated, and are not military, legal or financial advice. Decisions based on them are at your own risk.
To the extent permitted by law, aggregate liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine; disputes go to the courts of Ukraine unless mandatory rules of your country provide otherwise. Questions: contact@oracle-vector.com.
