About Vector

An analytical instrument, not a news feed.

Vector turns the open information field into structured situation assessments, published on a fixed cadence in seven languages.

What Vector is

Vector is an OSINT analysis engine and the team around it. Twice a day it processes the open information field: media, official statements, telemetry of public sources, and produces a structured situation snapshot: what happened, what it means, with what confidence.

Every assessment states its sourcing basis and confidence level. Reports are published in seven languages on this site; selected materials also appear on the site of SOF RMU, whose analysts are among the consumers of the product.

Discipline

01
Assessments, not facts

Analytic judgments are marked as judgments. Confidence and sourcing are stated per report. When the picture changes, the assessment is updated, not defended.

02
Open sources only

Vector works exclusively with open sources. No classified material is used and none is published.

03
Fixed cadence

Snapshots are published on schedule, twice a day. A quiet day produces a short report, not an inflated one.

Who is behind it

Vector is a product of the House of Groznov, built and operated alongside the Rupor briefing service. Access to full assessments is provided by subscription; the tiers are described on the Access page.
